We are seeking to appoint a Customer Services Assistant to work as part of our busy counter team providing parcels, mail and production services to students, staff, and external visitors to our East Midlands campus.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to deal with customers and colleagues on a regular basis and in a friendly and approachable manner, dealing with queries, explaining procedures, and demonstrating systems and/or services. In addition, they will be enthusiastic and proactive, respond well to a constantly changing environment and have a keen eye for detail.
Key Requirements:
You’ll have a good track record of providing customer service to a diverse community.
You’ll bring experience of dealing with routine queries, explaining procedures, and demonstrating systems and/or services.
You’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
