British Triathlon is the National Governing Body for Triathlon, Duathlon and Aquathlon in Great Britain, responsible for leading growth and performance of the sport.
British Triathlon has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Portfolio Manager to join the British Triathlon team and working closely with the Home Nations; England, Wales and Scotland.
The sport is at a very exciting phase in its history and has an unprecedented amount of exciting, sport changing projects in the pipeline. This new role will act as the intermediary between the Senior Management Team and the Project Managers, assisting in the project initiation stages, aiding and supporting in the resolution of daily issues and managing the project risk register.
We are looking for a proactive, hands on and highly organised individual who will thrive on a busy and varied workload. The successful candidate will need to be able to handle multiple projects, project managers and deadlines. Bringing with them highly developed influencing capabilities, they will be personable and have excellent administrative and time management skills. They will possess great report writing skills and demonstrate excellent attention to detail as well as having excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The role will be based at the British Triathlon headquarters office which is located on the Loughborough University campus.
