Sports Development Centre
As our sport Volunteer Academy Coordinator you will lead on producing high quality training and continuous professional development for a large body of student volunteers in a range of professional disciplines. You will also be responsible for coordinating the recruitment and progression of volunteers through the Academy.
At the same time as enhancing their own personal and professional development, our students also support the delivery of a high quality, high volume student sport experiences and many go on to be involved in outreach work.
You will need to have experience of recruiting and managing volunteers. In addition you will have experience of developing and coordinating sport volunteering opportunities and producing training and professional development opportunities. You must also be able to demonstrate leadership skills and have the ability to inspire and motivate others.
