We are looking for a Research Development Associate to join Loughborough University's expanding Research and Innovation Office team.
The Research Development Team, based in the Research and Innovation Office, provides a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and experience to manage and support the growth of the University’s research portfolio and increase international engagement. Reporting to a Research Development Manager, this role will primarily support the strategic area of engineering, physical and natural sciences, although this may evolve to meet changing priorities.
This role will provide a great opportunity to develop a career in research development and work collaboratively with the existing team of experienced Research Development Managers and the wider Research and Innovation Office. We are looking for someone interested in developing excellent quality research, and researchers, who can work both collaboratively and independently, and is keen to develop their knowledge and skills. Working with colleagues, you will be shaping and delivering the University’s research and innovation activities and providing a high quality, added value and seamless service to researchers across Schools and the research development pipeline.
The role is offered on a full time and permanent contract basis, on a Management Grade 6 salary £33,966 - £44,263 per annum.
