This is an exciting new role which will provide dedicated support to our newly created Reward and Benefits Manager. Providing a high quality, progressive, equitable and inclusive employment experience is really important to us and ensuring our pay, reward and benefit strategies are flexible and competitive both nationally and internationally are key to our success. This role will lead on a range of key reward and benefit initiatives and will involve benchmarking, researching, preparing reports and data sets to inform a wide portfolio of work.
We are looking for someone who has experience of working in a numerical or HR related area. An understanding of pay, reward and benefits and their role in creating a high-quality employee experience is essential. Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in excel are also essential for the role.
