Civil and Building Engineering
This post offers the opportunity for an enterprising administrator to assist in the administration of industry placements and in the support of undergraduate programmes. The post is for 27.75 hours per week - working hours from 9 am to 3 pm daily.
The role will primarily be supporting undergraduate placement tutors, programme directors and the Director of Undergraduate studies with administrative functions specific to their roles and to assist the Executive Officer and School Administrator in the delivery of taught student administration.
The post holder will also provide reception support as a team member within the School Reception Office and general administrative support to the School of Civil and Building Engineering as required.
Applicants must be educated to at least A-level standard or equivalent qualification/experience and have substantial administration and taught course support experience, with excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
