Burleigh Court, part of Imago Venues, the conference and hotel brand at Loughborough University, is a 4 star hotel with 225 bedrooms and a 200 cover restaurant. We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to help lead and inspire the kitchen team to exceed customer expectations.
Junior Sous Chef
37.5 hours per week, 5 over 7, morning, late and weekend shifts
To assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef lead Burleigh Court's kitchen team in delivering quality British, seasonal food within a four star operation.
The following experience is essential:
Worked to and managed HACCP procedures
Previously worked at a senior chef level
Proven leadership and teamwork skills in a pressurised and deadline driven work environment
Worked in a proven quality establishment
Excellent rates of pay, pension scheme and benefits including 25 days paid holiday, bonus scheme, uniform and meals on duty
