Marketing and Advancement
Part-time, open ended - 24 hours per week (0.65 FTE)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Operations Administrator to join the award-winning Marketing and Advancement (M&A) department at Loughborough University.
Working as part of a small team, you will provide administrative support to the members of the M&A’s Senior Leadership Team and colleagues working across the range of services offered by the directorate. This includes supporting departmental projects, HR administration and financial processes, as well as providing support to staff based on reception.
We are looking for someone with demonstratable experience of working within a fast-paced office environment, who uses their initiative and is able to work to deadlines. The successful candidate will need to have strong working knowledge of IT applications including Microsoft Excel skills. You will also need to have an enthusiastic and proactive approach, excellent communications skills, and a keen eye for detail.
