Applications are invited for an Employer Engagement Events Coordinator, working within the University's Careers Network, as part of the Employer Engagement Team.
The University has unrivalled links with FTSE 100 employers, from all sectors, and the CN's Employer Engagement Team plays a pivotal part in the development and maintenance of relationships with these companies, for the purpose of internship, placement and graduate recruitment.
The Employer Engagement team are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive team member to manage the employer events programme and oversee the online vacancy system. The successful applicant will initiate new events and have excellent external and internal communication skills. Applicants will be required to be proficient in the use of databases and CRM systems.
A key part of the role is supporting the Employer Engagement Manager in the organisation of major events on campus. The post holder will need to have the ability to positively influence and motivate student staff to achieve high quality results.
The work of the post holder will also include maintaining and expanding a presence on social media sites and making updates, changes and writing compelling copy for the CN web site.
