As part of the ECB’s new Women’s Cricket Elite Domestic structure and the success of Loughborough University being awarded the host of the East Midlands we are seeking a Senior Regional Talent Manager (STRM). Women and girls represent the biggest growth opportunity for cricket. Our vision is to make cricket a game that is truly gender balanced, with women and girls being represented across the whole game. This means investing in developing every level of the game – from girls experiencing cricket for the first time to heroes at the pinnacle of the international game, alongside supporting female coaches, support staff, officials and administrators. We want women and girls to have a high quality, enjoyable experience, know that they are welcome in our sport and to therefore foster a lifelong love and connection with cricket. We are fully committed to this long-term vision, and SRTMs will be key appointments to ensure this vision is achieved.
