Student Services
Student Services is at the heart of helping to deliver Loughborough University's outstanding student experience. An opportunity has arisen to join the Student Services team in an exciting new role. As part of the Student Services Senior Management Team, the Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring that the department is able to effectively support and deliver against its strategic priorities. The successful candidate will also work closely with the Director and other colleagues to provide leadership of the Wardens Service, ensuring the continued high standard of wellbeing and pastoral support provided in halls.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, people-centred and motivated individual who enjoys the challenge of driving forward continual improvement.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience of line management, a high level of inter-personal, communication and team-working skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also have experience of operational planning, monitoring against targets and budgets and development and enhancement of administrative systems involving other staff.
