Loughborough University is looking for a driven, enthusiastic and determined Head Para Sprints Coach to create and deliver a coaching programme for the high-performance Para Sprints athletes at Loughborough University.In conjunction with the Director of Athletics, you will also drive recruitment into all Para Athletics event groups across the Loughborough Athletics Programme. The successful candidate will, in conjunction with the Director of Athletics, build a culture of excellence, innovation and learning that supports student athlete development throughout athletics at Loughborough University.
The Head Coach (Para Sprints & Recruitment) will take an active role in working with the Director of Athletics, Senior Performance Programme Manager & numerous stakeholders in delivering a strategy for the development of Athletics at Loughborough.
