School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences
This is an exciting opportunity for an appropriately qualified sport and performance psychologist to lead the provision of psychological services to athletes and teams on campus, and to educate students on our thriving degree programmes in sport and exercise psychology. The post-holder will be integrated within the School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences and the University's Sport Development Centre. You will be responsible for developing, leading and delivering a high quality student-athlete support programme, alongside contributions to teaching, assessment and student development on the BSc and MSc Sport and Exercise Psychology programmes. We are therefore particularly interested in applicants who possess a high level of practitioner experience and programme leadership, in conjunction with a strong pedagogical and academic focus through teaching sport psychology to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
This full-time post is offered on an open-ended contract.
