Sports Development Centre
2 x part time posts (3.5 hours, Term Time only - 35 weeks per year)
You must hold a recognised National Governing Body qualification in Swimming Teaching and have experience of working with groups of 8-14 people, with children and as part of a team.
With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you will be sympathetic and encouraging to group participants. You will be willing to undertake further training and adopt new procedures as and when required.
It would be advantageous to have a valid first aid qualification, and a RLSS National Pool Lifeguard/Teachers Water Rescue Test qualification, but this is not essential as training will be provided.
