Estates & Facilities Management is the campus hospitality provider at Loughborough University providing accommodation and catering within halls and various outlets for students, staff and visitors.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. Working for an award winning organisation with a well-earned reputation in the sector, you will be responsible for providing administration support to the Director of Catering, Domestic & Residential Services, and wider team.
Experience in a similar role along with advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), strong editing/proofreading skills and exceptional verbal, written and organisational abilities are required. A strong customer focus, proactive attitude and the ability to prioritise a demanding workload whilst maintaining a sense of humour will also be important qualities to ensure success in this position.
Demonstrable abilities in using own initiative and judgment, discretion, confidentiality, managing multiple tasks and attention to detail are also essential. The ability to work independently, to be able to problem solve and resourcefulness are all important.
