LSU is looking for a customer and service-focussed individual to supervise John Cooper's Bar & Restaurant. The role will include all duties within a food and drink outlet, such as serving fresh coffees, food and other refreshments. You will also be using our computerised till system (we are now a cashless organisation), supervising casual staff and overseeing restocking.
