Applications are invited for a Research Associate position in the Particle Microfluidics Group in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Loughborough University.
You will be working on the “Particle Filtration and Accumulation by Solute-driven Transport (FAST) for bio-analysis in microfluidic devices” project (Grant Ref. n. EP/S013865/1), funded by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC). This project aims to introduce an innovative particle manipulation technique in microfluidic devices based on solute concentration gradients. This research will also demonstrate the proof-of-concept for using this new technique to develop fast and sensitive diagnostic testing devices.
More details on the Particle Microfluidics Group at Loughborough University are available on the group website www.particlemicrofluidics.com.
