Rolls-Royce University Technology Centre (UTC)
The UTC is seeking to appoint a part-time administrator (18.5 hours) to support the newly formed Centre for Doctoral Training in Gas Turbine Aerodynamics, an exciting new partnership between universities and industry that will provide a unique turbomachinery training and research experience for graduate students.
This is a new and varied role within a well-established and successful research group. We are looking for an individual who is highly customer focussed who can provide an excellent administrative service.
The post holder will need to have previous relevant administrative experience, possess excellent IT skills (Word, Outlook and Excel), and be capable of managing a variety of administrative systems. Financial experience (e.g. procurement and budget monitoring), and prior student administration experience would be advantageous. You will have qualifications to at least A level (or equivalent experience).
