Centre for Academic Practice

This is an exciting opportunity for a full-time Technology-Enhanced Learning Support Officer to join the Centre for Academic Practice in this newly created role to support the implementation and operation of key University enhancement activities.
The role will provide high-level administrative support to the University's technology-enhanced learning initiatives and projects; support the operation of the University's core learning technologies; support the promotion of effective, efficient and appropriate use of technology-enhanced learning across all relevant areas of School operations; and support the broader technology-enhanced learning activities within the Centre for Academic Practice (CAP).
The successful candidate will have experience of working within Higher Education, or be a graduate with substantial experience of supporting the student learning experience, and experience of using a Virtual Learning Environment to support the student learning experience. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organised and have the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Strong IT skills are essential as the role requires extensive use of Learn, the University's Virtual Learning Environment.
