It would be advantageous to have a valid RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or equivalent and a first aid qualification but not essential as training will be provided for the successful candidate showing other attributes we are looking for. This is an excellent opportunity to gain your RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification while working in an inspiring environment.
We are looking for an exceptional individual capable of providing a safe environment and who delivers an excellent customer service experience that exceeds expectations. You will require excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be enthusiastic, punctual, reliable and enjoying working within a team.
This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week. A shift system which includes working a combination of early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holiday/closure days is currently in operation and there is a shift allowance of 12.5% to reflect this.
