Sports Development Centre
We are able to advertise the Loughborough Programme Manager role at a hugely exciting time for the club. The role will have responsibility for all 'off pitch' operations across our three performance teams; Men's National 1, Women's Super Rugby and BUCS Super Rugby, and includes management of other Performance Operations staff.
We are looking for an exceptional administrator with an ability to quickly assimilate the University's HR and budgetary processes, alongside appropriate performance rugby experience, including working within a multi-disciplinary team.
Candidates should also be able to communicate effectively across a broad cohort of stakeholders from novice student rugby players to the Vice Chancellor of the University.
