Reservations Coordinator
Fixed Term - Maternity Cover up to 12 months
Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours

Imago Venues are looking for a confident, well-motivated person to work in its busy, revenue-targeted Sales Office.
The successful candidate will be required to:
Respond accordingly to all reservations enquiries, follow through sales calls and convert to guaranteed / contracted bookings.
Be confident and able to take on multiple tasks at any point and answer clients' queries in a timely manner or to a timed deadline.
Ensure the customer is forefront of all actions and processes; delivering excellent customer service is key.
Co-ordinate activities between the Sales Office, Burleigh Court, Link Hotel and the campus reception departments.
Liaise directly with the various housekeeping departments regarding rooms' status, special guest requirements, room allocations and any other requirements needed to service business/ guest needs.
Implement and carry out initiatives to increase bedroom occupancy levels using promotional activities, online booking and GDS systems and through developing local corporate and leisure business.
Sell all Imago's venues and services, maximising all revenue opportunities.
The applicant must demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills with a concern for thoroughness and accuracy. They must have excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, and an ability to deal with complex client requests and issues. Previous reservations co-ordination and operational experience in the conference and hotel industry is desired.
