Salary from £37,000 per annum (including market supplement)
Having created a globally unique sporting eco-system, Loughborough Sport has seen long standing success in the delivery of performance support services to high achieving athletic populations.
The growth of this success has been amplified with the commercialisation of services, now outward facing to elite external high-performance and corporate clients.
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to lead the further growth of this exciting area, that sees service delivery to a breadth of sports and clients, including our Boxing Centre of Excellence, World and British Super Bike riders, extreme endurance competitors, expeditioners, and high achieving corporate groups.
We are looking for someone proficient in coordinating members of a multidisciplinary team, to operate in an interdisciplinary way in delivering highly effective performance solutions.
Applicants should not only have strong relationship and coordination skills, but should be a highly proficient Strength and Conditioning practitioner, with delivery to high-profile, high performing athletes a fundamental part of the role’s responsibilities.
