Sports Development Centre

These are exciting times at Loughborough University as we strive to achieve world leading student participation levels in sport and fitness by offering a vibrant and inspirational experience.
You must hold a valid RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or equivalent (supported by proven training record) and have at least 6 months previous lifeguarding experience. The STA NARS lifeguard qualification may be accepted if accompanied by spinal and CPR units.
We are looking for an exceptional individual capable of providing an excellent customer service experience that exceeds the expectations of our students.
With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you will be enthusiastic, punctual and reliable. You will have basic literacy and numeracy skills. It would be advantageous to have a valid first aid qualification but this is not essential, as training will be provided.
A shift system which includes working evenings, weekends and bank holiday/closure days is currently in operation.
