Wolfson School of Mechanical, Manufacturing & Electrical Engineering
Fixed-Term until 28 February 2021 in the First Instance
Applications are invited for a Postdoctoral Research Associate position to work on IoT and wireless networks in the Signal Processing and Networks Research Group at Loughborough University. The post is funded by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council.
Applicants must hold a PhD degree in Electronic Engineering or in a relevant field and research experience in signal processing, wireless communications or network security. Familiarity with one or more of the following topics would be an advantage: M2M communications, MIMO, convex optimizations, machine learning, game theory, blockchain and cryptography. Candidates should have a strong publication record with extensive experience in publishing research findings in top-tier international journals. Good programming skills and experience in Matlab or Python programming are essential.
