We are seeking an experienced catering supervisor to join our brand new Subway® franchise on the Loughborough University campus. The successful candidate will have strong skills and experience in working in a catering outlet, such as exemplary customer service, the ability to supervise an effective team of staff and hold a Food Hygiene qualification (CIEH Level 2 or equivalent). You will also need to demonstrate a good understanding of digital systems and administration.

The role is offered as a full-time (35 hours per week) full-year position on LSU Scale 4 (currently £19,133 – £20,130 per annum, pro-rata for part-time), 52 weeks per year. Trading patterns are seasonal, reflecting University term times and this will also be reflected in working patterns.
