School of Sport, Exercise & Health Sciences
This position is part-time (7 hours per week) and is offered on a fixed-term contract to 31st August 2018.
Playing an important supporting contribution to the British Academy funded project: 'Does corruption in sport corrode social capital?', you will be involved in both the data collection and data analysis phases of the research. Applicants must have expert knowledge in qualitative methods (for focus groups) and quantitative methods (for a survey), as well as a sound knowledge of the particular academic areas under study (corruption, social capital, sport/football). You will also be required to contribute to the formulation and submission of research publications, as well as help manage and direct this complex and challenging project as opportunities allow.
