School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences
Fixed-term Maternity Cover for 12 months or the earlier return of the post holder, whichever is the soonest, Part-time at 22 hours per week.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced administrator to provide effective administrative support working within our School Office as part of the finance and regulatory team.
Duties will include supporting the Technical Resources Manager and School Regulatory Compliance Officer with duties associated with the administrative processes associated with health, safety, compliance and regulated activities.These will include handling ethical submissions, travel risk assessments, and in addition support the smooth running of the School Office by assisting with purchasing and procurement. You will be able to work flexibility within the team and have the ability to take initiative and respond effectively to enquiries received in person, by telephone, and email and take appropriate action.
