Conference and Events Coordinator

Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours

Imago Venues are looking for a confident, well-motivated person to work in its busy, revenue-targeted sales office.
The successful candidate will be required to:
Respond to all incoming enquiries for conferences, meetings and other events and convert into contracted business.
Be confident and able to take on multiple tasks at any point and answer clients' queries in a timely manner or to a timed deadline.
Ensure the customer is forefront of all actions and processes, delivering excellent customer service is key.
Carry out full coordination and event management activities of all contracted business for handover to the operations team.
Sell all Imago's venues and services, maximising all revenue opportunities.
The applicant must demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills with a concern for thoroughness and accuracy. They must have excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, and an ability to deal with complex client requests and issues. Previous event co-ordination and operational experience in the conference and hotel industry is desired.
