We are looking for an exceptional individual capable of leading the lifeguard team, providing a safe environment and who delivers an excellent customer service experience that exceeds expectations.
Whilst on shift you'll oversee a team of lifeguards, who you'll act as a mentor and role model to. The role will incorporate general lifeguarding duties, ensuring the Pool Safety Operating Procedures (PSOP) and any other relevant health and safety procedures are followed, compiling rotas, ensuring completetion of daily check sheets and maintenance check sheets, cash handling, carry out general cleaning tasks, conducting pool tests and plant room duties.
You must hold a valid RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or equivalent (supported by a proven training record). The STA NARS lifeguard qualification may be accepted if accompanied by spinal and CPR units.
These are full time positions working an average of 37 hours per week. A shift system which includes working mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holiday / closure days is currently in operation.
