We are seeking an Analytical Chemist or Chemical/Water Engineer with an analytical focus to perform research on the newly funded EU HORIZON project “Safe and Sustainable by Design Framework for the Next Generation of Chemicals and Materials (SSbD4ChEM)”.
The successful candidate must be able to work independently, perform well under the pressure of deadlines and have excellent communication skills with frequent contact with international partners. They must have overall water-analysis experience and knowledge of running the majority of the following equipment: FTIR, GC-MS, LC-MS, ICP-MS, SEM and Light Microscopy. Experience in Thermal GC-MS methods is highly preferable (TGA-GC-MS, TD-GC-MS, Pyro-GC-MS).
