The University is seeking to make the appointment of a Mechanical Project Manager to help plan and prepare the maintenance, management and operation of the mechanical infrastructure across the University’s diverse estate portfolio.
The postholder will assist the Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer in the planning of Long-Term Maintenance tasks and the delivery of new mechanical installations to ensure that the University’s infrastructure and systems are proactively maintained to the highest quality and regulatory standards.
Successful candidates will have gained recent experience in a mechanical engineering role with responsibility for delivering planned and reactive maintenance and compliance regimes.Strong technical skills are essential given the technical complexity and diversity of the mechanical infrastructure across the estate.
