Loughborough University, in conjunction with British Athletics, is looking for a dynamic ad passionate individual to lead our endurance programme.
The successful candidate will bring substantial experience in coaching and leading programmes in endurance events. Inter disciplinary working is an essential part of our philosophy and the role will lead this approach across all aspects of endurance. The postholder will be responsible for all facets of endurance at Loughborough University including athlete recruitment, competition calendar and agreed programme outcomes. S/he will also work closely with British Athletics to further develop futures programme athletics.
