Research and Innovation Office
This is a full-time, open-ended, hybrid role, with time split between working on campus and from home. You’ll also need to be willing to travel between the University and collaborator sites when needed.
We are seeking a Partnership Development Associate – Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) to join our Research and Innovation Office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about building collaborative partnerships and driving innovation between academia, industry, and the wider community.
In this role, you will work closely with academic, public, private, and voluntary sector organisations to scope, plan, and manage projects that lead to the successful development and implementation of new processes, products, and services for collaborative partners. You will also manage the full life cycle of Knowledge Transfer Projects, including drafting applications for funding, recruitment, negotiating contracts, organising progress meetings, and producing final reports.
As a Partnership Development Associate – KTP, you will coordinate and facilitate tailored events to promote and raise awareness of the Knowledge Transfer Partnership programme, represent the University on regional and national working groups associated with knowledge exchange activity, among other activities.
You will report to the Innovation Funding Manager and be part of the dynamic Partnership Development Team within the Research and Innovation Office.
