An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Holywell Fitness Centre, part of Loughborough University’s world-class sporting environment. As a Fitness Coach, you’ll work in a vibrant, high-performance setting that supports everyone from students to elite athletes. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care, maintaining our state-of-the-art facilities, and leading engaging fitness sessions, workshops, and classes.
This hands-on role includes ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of equipment, providing personalised fitness consultations, and supporting members in achieving their goals. You’ll also assist with reception duties, bookings, and general administration.
The position offers an average 37-hour working week, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. A generous shift allowance of 12.5% during term time and 5% during vacation periods is included.
