Loughborough University is looking to recruit recent graduates to its inaugural Graduate Programme, designed to provide individuals without extensive professional experience with an introduction to university management.

The three-year programme includes a rotation of nine month long placements spread across different areas of the University's Professional Services. Placements are designed to inspire and stretch trainees to reach their potential, and build upon our reputation as a top ten university.
Successful candidates will deliver on challenging and strategic projects, whilst receiving support in the form of a tailored leadership and management development programme, and mentoring from a senior leader.
By the end of the programme trainees should be eligible and well-suited to apply for permanent roles at Loughborough or other universities.
