Campus Services (Student Accommodation Centre)
An enthusiastic Customer Services Assistant is sought to join the Campus Services Customer Services Team based within the University Student Accommodation Centre.
The role is about using social media platforms and communication tools to provide a positive living experience to students residing in University Halls of Residence. The post holder will work with the Customer Services Assistant Manager to assist with the generation of new and engaging content that is appropriate for a range of audiences.
There are two aspects, understanding the customer issues so that the Customer Services team can be proactive in identifying and addressing any customer concerns; also offering administration support.
In addition to possessing excellent communication, administrative and IT skills, the successful candidate should have previous experience of a customer service/customer facing role.
