Programme Administration Officer: Events
The School of Science is seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual to the role of Programme Administration Officer: Events. The post holder will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating a number of key functions relating to the smooth running of student administration and Event Management related activities (including resource and budget management).
Applicants should possess excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate how they can work with various colleagues, both from within the School and across the University to deliver a number of key annual events on behalf of the School of Science.
Candidates should possess a strong commitment to providing an outstanding service, be quick to learn and adapt in a changing environment and manage complex workloads. The ability to work flexibly, embed compliance/regulatory changes and develop appropriate procedures as well as excellent practical IT skills are essential.
