We’re on the lookout for a highly skilled and initiative-taking Senior Windows Endpoint Professional to join our End User Environment team (EUE).
As a Senior Member of the EUE Team, you’ll support our mission to raise the University profile by:
You’ll contribute to projects and service improvements that will continue to modernise and improve our services. You will also support team members with technical issues that require escalation.

About the Department
Our IT Services department is made up of a wide range of teams all responsible for their own specialism. We are based in Holywell Park, a beautiful area of green campus with a large car park, good public transport links and next to Burleigh Woods. Loughborough IT came top in the National Student Survey for IT resources & facilities in supporting learning for several years in a row.
We have an incredibly supportive culture, an understanding of work/life balance, with hybrid working available. Staff particularly enjoy the flexibility available and the opportunity to contribute to interesting University wide projects and innovative technology solutions.
