This appointment is full time fixed term for 2 years.

We are looking to appoint a University Fellow to join the Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour discipline group (details at: http://www.lboro.ac.uk/departments/sbe/discipline-groups/human-resource/). We particularly welcome applications from those with expertise in the theory and practice of organisational behaviour and / or organisational psychology. Applicants are expected to have relevant experience of the design and delivery of teaching in academic or business settings. They must be able to deliver a diverse and varied portfolio of teaching to the highest standards. The successful applicant must also have strong knowledge of pedagogical practices and innovations.
