The Link Hotel & The Elite Athlete Centre
Position: Full time (guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week) working 5 over 7 days
Rate of pay - £12.33 per hour.

We currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, friendly, and highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to join our Imago team.
This position will be based across 2 of our venues – The Link Hotel and The Elite Athlete Centre.
As a Duty Manager, you will lead and support on all day-to-day operations always ensuring an exceptional level of service to our guests, identifying customer needs, and responding proactively to their concerns.
We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service and communication skills, who can use their initiative to make decisions and work well under pressure. You will have relevant experience in supervising a food & beverage or conference & events operation, with experience of effectively managing a team.
