Marketing and Advancement
Part-time (0.6FTE), Open Ended
A great opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive individual to join Loughborough University’s School and College Liaison Team.
The post holder will support the organisation of student recruitment activities, including liaising with partner schools, maintaining an up-to-date events diary, keeping accurate records and coordinating logistics. In addition, the post holder will handle all routine financial procedures and play a key role in the monitoring and evaluation of activities, including data entry into the HEAT (Higher Education Tracker) database, monitoring progress and validating the data entry to facilitate the tracking of event participants.
The successful candidate will be someone with experience working in a busy office environment who works well within a team, has excellent communication skills and also the ability to work independently to ensure that tasks are delivered on time and to a high standard.
