The Staff Workforce Officer will support our work by taking responsibility in managing and coordinating the recruitment and staff processes function for the department. Ideally the candidate will have experience of working within a high-volume service orientated department with good knowledge of recruitment and other HR procedures and be extremely computer literate.
Further requirements are good communication, professional customer service, and a highly organised manner. You will also have a proactive approach to problem solving as you will be handling queries from many sources.
