Undergraduate Admissions Administrator (2 posts)
The Admissions Office is seeking to recruit two full-time Admissions Administrator to join a busy team working with applications from prospective undergraduate students. The post holder will have specific responsibility for making admissions decisions within pre-agreed frameworks for a range of applications submitted via UCAS as well as undertaking various duties to support the successful admission of students.
Extensive use of initiative, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and high levels of accuracy are essential alongside the ability to be flexible and respond positively to regular interruptions in workflow. The post holder will also be required to adhere to a high standard of customer service and exercise tact and discretion when responding to prospective and/or their supporters.
