This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and innovative individual to join the Careers Network Diversity and Inclusion Team as part of the wider Early Success Team, dedicated to developing student shaped careers provision and programmes to support under-represented Loughborough students from diverse backgrounds. The role will provide opportunities to work on a range of initiatives and projects including Loughborough’s flagship Future Talent Programmes which include the Black Talent Programme and South Asian Talent Programme.
The post holder will have a strong interest in employability, and a desire to work on projects to maximise underrepresented students’ professional and personal growth. With skills and an interest in project management, communication, data analysis, and one to one support, the right candidate will possess great planning, organisation, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and demonstrate the University values: Authentic, Adventurous, Responsible, Creative and Collaborative through a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
The position is full time, on an open-ended contract and based on our Loughborough campus. The job will offer dynamic working, this is dictated by student demand and preferences.
