The Wolfson School of Mechanical, Electrical and Manufacturing Engineering is looking for a dedicated Senior Management Support Administrator to provide excellent support to the Senior Executive Board.
We have a fantastic opportunity available for a creative, enthusiastic, and a highly motivated individual with excellent time management, organisational skills, and highly competent user of the Microsoft Office 365 package.
You will provide a pro-active, high level of personal assistance and administrative support to the Senior Executive Board and HR functions within the School which will include providing a highly professional secretarial service, proactively managing diaries, dealing with incoming queries and co-ordinating and supporting various events across the School.
