Part time and fixed term
Loughborough University is the world’s best university for sport, and Loughborough Sport is one of the leading sporting hubs and ecosystems in the world.
The successful candidate will transition student athletes to compete on the world stage by supporting the Head Coach in developing and maintaining a pathway capable of progressing athletes to the Loughborough Lightning Performance Programme. This complements the ultimate objective of supporting the Head Coach in developing a top tier programme in the country and a team that is competitive in the top 4 of Allianz Premiership Women’s Rugby.
The post holder will be expected to attend all BUCS 1st fixtures (Wednesday afternoon/ evenings) and be available during BUCS training sessions (currently Monday evening and Friday and Saturday mornings).
This is a part time 0.7FTE role running from 1st August 2024 to 30th June 2025. There is potential for this to be extended if funding is approved.
