Administration Officer – TEMPORARY 12-MONTH FIXED TERM
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Officer to work within our Professional services Team at Loughborough University London.
As an Admin Officer, you will be supporting the HR and Finance functions with their core operational duties. With previous experience of Finance or HR administration and of prioritising your workload, you will utilise your excellent organisational skills and keen eye for detail to ensure that set tasks are completed to a high standard. Excellent communication skills are essential as is the drive to succeed in a team based environment. Working closely with the HR and Finance Leads, duties will include managing casual staff pay claims on ITRENT and DASHBOARD systems, raising Purchase orders and processing Invoices using AGRESSO, carrying out Right to Work in the UK checks and assisting in recruitment campaigns. Experience of administrative support in an educational setting would be an advantage although training will be provided. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. The postholder will be required to occasionally assist the Student Services Team with reception enquiries.
