Director of Rugby
Position offered full time, open ended
Loughborough University is looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and committed Director of Rugby to drive our performance programme forward.
The successful candidate will bring substantial experience from the world of rugby, including strategic leadership, culture development, competitive success and the drive to continue to embed excellence across every area of rugby provision at Loughborough.
Inter disciplinary working is an essential part of our philosophy and the Director will lead this approach across the programmes. We are looking to develop both our men's and women's programmes and work towards becoming the leading centre for athlete, coach and practitioner development in the world. The Director of Rugby will need to work with multiple stakeholders including the RFU, our student club and the large number of volunteers involved in our programmes.
