We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed Cycling Programme/Team Manager to drive the development, implementation and monitoring of a Strategic Plan for performance cycling. The University's ambitious Sports Strategy is looking to further Loughborough's reputation in performance sport and this is a very exciting time to become a key part of the Loughborough Sport experience.
Experience of managing effective coaching programmes is essential. You will possess good organisation, time management and communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast moving environment.
